General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
Pregnancy test -ve after 25 days of delayed period, nearly excludes a viable pregnancy.
It can be either missed abortion/ hormonal imbalance causing the problem.
You need investigations like USG scan of lower abdomen/ hormonal assays
to locate cause.
Please consult a gynecologist & start with specific treatment according to basic cause.
Thanks.
